This guy is one of the most prominent Historical Geographers in the UK and has had several well respected books published. He's a lot more important than a lot of people on this site, lol. Cls14 23:21, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

Is Dr Slater really known as 'Dusty'? I was a student at Birmingham and I don't recall it being used. Poltair (talk) 20:42, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
