[edit] Firing
Why did he get fired for "secretly" recording an album??? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.69.197.108 (talk • contribs) 02:08, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
- I've removed the statement from the article, as it lacked attribution. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 15:15, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- I put it in, it was from the inlay notes to Timepeace (reissue?). Can't find the CD at the mo to give you a year and author, sorry (recently moved house). Stevekeiretsu 20:48, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- I dont see it there. A BBC interview in 2002 indicates that Sundiata had headed to college and that he was persuaded to leave his day job. http://www.bbc.co.uk/derby/music/2002/09/terry_callier.shtml

“ | In 1998 Callier's album Timepeace won a United Nations award, which meant that his employers at the University of Chicago finally learned about his double life. After picking up the award in New York, he came into work to discover that he had four hours to clear his desk. | ” |
This is from the Hodgkinson piece, the very first reference provided on the ref list. I know inline citations are necessary to avoid things like this happening, but you'd expect someone to put in some effort. hateless 04:58, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] New Compilation 2007
For a few weeks now there have been entries in online stores for a new single disk 2007 compilation called 'The Collection' from Universal/Mercury with a June or July release. As yet no track listings. I have entered it as forthcoming. Its at billboard.com, cduniverse.com,amazon.com.
[edit] As We Travel Compilation
This seeems pretty obscure. It looks like a compilation in which he is one of many contributors. Better to rip it out. Its hardly a Callier compilation.
