[edit] Horse?
Should we remove the info about Hero falling off a horse? It was never shown in the episode. (I believe it may have been switched with the pillow fort scene, to show some additional respect for Reeve) --Evildevil 16:44, 26 January 2006 (UTC) Nevermind. I should have read the rest of the trivia first. --Evildevil 16:47, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
- I'd kind of like to know myself whether the horse bit was removed or whether it was just misreported. I personally suspect the former, but we probably won't know for sure until the Season Two DVD comes out.Raymondluxuryacht 17:07, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Whooo! Looks like the question has been asnwered. --Evildevil 05:15, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, great detective work there. I can't say I'm surprised the scene was cut. Still, though, it doesn't sound like it was that bad. I can see how it would be considered in bad taste to parody the accident, but nothing about it sounds like it was criticizing or mocking Reeve in any particular way. Oh, well, I'm just glad we finally got to see the episode at last, and that the changes were as minor as they turned out to be.Raymondluxuryacht 07:59, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
Yeah. I wouldnt be too surprised if the scene pops up on the season 2 DVD though. --Evildevil 19:04, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Images
Would anyone be able to come up with images for this episode, for the infobox and the general episode menu? There's no shortage of funny scenes in this one to choose from.Raymondluxuryacht 20:13, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- Any crippled "No!" or the closeup of Foxxy when the KFCC catches her? --Evildevil 17:36, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- Those would both be great. I'm also thinking the scene where Foxxy is talking to the guy in the truck would be a good one.Raymondluxuryacht 23:36, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
- Just a suggestion, but since one of the major selling points of the episode was Captain Hero in his wheelchair, perhaps the episode image should be of that instead of him weeping in front of Clara? Virogtheconq
I just changed it to minstrel Foxxy, namely for there to be a difference between the image in the episode list page and the episode page itself. I've also added an image of Hero in his chair. --Evildevil 23:57, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- I uploaded the image of Hero and Clara for the master episode list because that was the only one I could find and I didn't want to leave the space blank. I'm glad we've got better ones now, though.Raymondluxuryacht 00:59, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
Hopefully, I'll be able to grab some good new ones for the other new episodes. Also, is this any better on the list page? I've changed the "Terms of Endearment" image to the shower scene, and re-capped a similiar still from "Captain Girl". --Evildevil 02:20, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
- Excellent work. Those images capture the spirit of those episodes a lot better than the dummy images I had up.Raymondluxuryacht 03:39, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
The way I've done it for many previous pages is, since there are always two plots in each episode, the image on the episode pages are usually directly related to the episode title, and images for the master list are of the second plot. It's not a set rule, however. --naz 04:18, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
- Which is a good idea. I don't know if it really matters that much which image goes where, it's just cool to have both stories represented. Something I've noticed about the show, though- in more recent episodes, they've started giving relatively equal weight to the two stories, so even if we should put an image on the episode page that technically comes from the B story, it's still a suitable representation of the episode, in my opinion. Plus, I think mixing the two methods a little bit adds some variety to the page.Raymondluxuryacht 05:05, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] I regret nothing!
ive heard this during several MST3K episodes. maybe theres a reference to this when foxxy and her companion are hurled into the eraser pit... -Lordraydens 04:53, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
- It's an old movie cliche; MST3K and Drawn Together both got it from the same place. I'm not sure exactly what movie or movies it was used in, though. I'm thinking it might be a war movie of some sort.Raymondluxuryacht 06:39, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Unnoted reference
When Xandir fights the guard, there seems to be a reference to something, where he says "Likes to pull hair, do yas?", etc... any ideas what this is copying??--Jeffro77 06:38, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
- It sounded like something out of an old gangster movie to me, but I can't pick out anything specific.Raymondluxuryacht 08:02, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

What is the kind of wheelchair Captain Hero blows called? --Abdull 09:42, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Explanation of edits
I just took out each of the following notes.
* Wooldoor seems able to understand Ling-Ling while the two of them are working in the laboratory, although Wooldoor doesn't seem to have this ability in other episodes.
There are all kinds of inconsistencies with regard to whether other characters are able to understand Ling-Ling or not. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't, it just depends on what suits the story. There's a blurb in the Ling-Ling article explaining this, and that should quite sufficient.
* After Wooldoor kills the mutant Foxxy face by charring Ling-Ling's back with a flamethrower, Ling-Ling's tail assumes the shape of a hand giving Wooldoor the middle finger. In the confessional, Ling-Ling makes a pun, "Ling-Ling lose face."
As far as I can tell, this note is just retelling a gag from the episode. The only reason I can gather it might need to be pointed out would be that people might not notice the detail of Ling-Ling's tail in the shape of a middle finger. And true, some might miss it, but it's no so subtle we need to list it here.Raymondluxuryacht 20:04, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Evil overlord.jpg
Image:Evil overlord.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
