The Tepui Swift (Streptoprocne phelpsi) is a species of swift in the Apodidae family. It is found in Brazil, Guyana, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland.
The binomial commemorates William Henry Phelps.
