also the redirect from TEFRA should be changed since this is an acronym for Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982

Created TEFRA as redirect for you, if you're gonna use an acronym then cap it. Removed irrelevant see also link, why would anyone type in tephra looking for that? Vsmith 23:23, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
