Teodoro Rafael Yangco (November 9, 1861–April 20, 1939) was a Philippine businessman who became a Resident Commissioner from the Philippine Islands. Born in San Antonio, Zambales, Yangco attended the Ateneo de Manila University and graduated from the University of Santo Tomás in 1881. He pursued a commercial course in London from 1882 to 1886. Yangco was involved in the construction and repair of vessels, the operation of a line of ferries, and in mercantile pursuits (notably the establishment of a dry goods market bearing his name in Divisoria, Tondo, Manila), and he was the director of a life insurance company. He was interested in various commercial and charitable organizations in Manila. Elected as a Nationalist Resident Commissioner to the United States, he served from March 4, 1917, to March 3, 1920. He was not a candidate for renomination in 1920, and resumed his business activities in Manila until his death in 1939. He is buried in the Cementerio del Norte. His largest group of descendants immigrated to the United States in the mid 1970's with the highest concentration found in Houston under the surname Boado.
