The Teodoro Moscoso Bridge is a bridge that connects the cities of San Juan and Carolina, in Puerto Rico. It crosses the San José Lagoon between the two municipalities. It was named after Teodoro Moscoso, a politician known as "the architect of Operation Bootstrap", which was a plan in the 1950s to relive the Puerto Rican economy. The bridge serves as part of the course for the famous World's Best 10K road race taken place every year.
