Teo Bee Yen

Teo Bee Yen (born 1950 in Fujian, China) is a photographer in Singapore. He started photography as a hobby in 1994, and has become one of the top photographers in the world.
In 1998, Teo was elected an Associate of The Royal Photographic Society and became a Fellow (FRPS) a year later. He is concurrently holding Fellowships of photographic societies in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. In 1998, Teo was voted one of the top 10 photographers in the world (colour print section) by the Photographic Society of America (PSA). Between 1999 and 2002, he was ranked among the top three positions and he eventually achieved the PSA five-star award in 2002.
In 2004, Teo received the Cultural Medallion award in Singapore. He is the Vice-President of PhotoArt Association of Singapore.
