Tennessee State Route 416 is a secondary highway that runs south to north, entirely in Sevier County, USA. It begins in Pittman Center, Tennessee and it ends at U.S. Highway 411 in eastern Sevierville, Tennessee. It is a two-laned road that curves through hilly terrain and farmland, and it is commonly used as an alternate route to bypass peak time traffic in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge on U.S. 441. It is also used as a route to the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community. The route is 16 miles long.
