State Route 168, also known as Gov. John Sevier Highway, is an east to west secondary highway in Knox County, Tennessee, that is 18.1 miles (29.2 km) long. Its eastern terminus is with State Route 115 (Alcoa Highway), and its western terminus is with State Route 9 (Asheville Highway).
