Tennessee State Route 158 is a west-to-east highway in Knox County in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
The route is 4.5 miles (7.2 km) long. Its western terminus is in Knoxville, Tennessee at TN 1. Its eastern terminus is in Knoxville at Interstate 40. Portions of the highway is known as Neyland Drive and James White Parkway.
