This song is an acoustic ballad mixed with slow tropical or caribbean rhythms in which features Jose Feliciano singing along Gloria Estefan. This song talks about a betray made in which her is trying to say something about the things happened to him, but she asked before if he would be still loving her the same way.
This promotional received an exclusive release only at U.S. as "Dame Otra Oportunidad" in Spain and "Me Voy" in Mexico.
