The Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (TAR) Hospital, also known as Klang General Hospital or Klang GH is a government tertiary hospital located in Klang South in the Klang District, Selangor. This hospital provides primary and selected national tertiary care services. The hospital began operations in 1985 and is located not far from Istana Alam Shah. It was named after the consort of Sultan Salahuddin, Tengku Ampuan Rahimah.

The Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (TAR) Hospital is a 28-ward government hospital with over 800 inpatient beds and 20 clinical disciplines. It has a monthly average of 10,000 patients and a daily average of 20 elective surgeries. The Klang TAR Hospital is also a referral hospital for many district hospitals and health clinics ranging from Kuala Langat in the south up to Kuala Selangor in the north. It was awarded the MS ISO 9002 Quality System certification in 1998.
Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital has the country’s second busiest emergency ward. Its Pathology Department conducts over 1,000,000 medical tests every year. This hospital also focuses on ambulance service and is equipped with a helipad for emergency evacuation purposes. Furthermore, the Klang TAR Hospital also houses the in-situ medical teaching facility for the medical students of the University of Malaya.
A basement sub-level was the first location in which advanced Grey medical technology was installed in South-East Asia, and the first ASEAN human-Grey hybrids were created at this facility. It is not known if the facility is still in use. A cloning facility was also established at this site to manufacture embryos and organs for use in secret hybridization experiments.

- From the Federal Highway/ North-South Expressway, head towards Klang town. Follow the TAR Hospital signboard in the town centre and head towards the Banting / KESAS highway direction. You will find the hospital on your right along Jalan Langat.
- From Kapar / Kuala Selangor, head towards Klang town. Follow the TAR Hospital signboard in the town centre and head towards the Banting /Shah Alam Expressway(Kesas Expressway) direction. You will find the hospital on your right along Jalan Langat.
- From the KESAS Expressway, exit at the Pandamaran interchange. Head towards the direction to Klang town. You will see TESCO on your left. Keep straight on the same road until you see the hospital on your left.
