Tengiz Sulakvelidze (born 23 July 1956) is a former Georgian footballer.
During his club career he mainly played for Dinamo Tbilisi. He earned 49 caps and scored 2 goals for USSR from 1980 to 1988, and played in the 1982 FIFA World Cup and the 1988 UEFA European Football Championship. He also won a bronze medal in the 1980 Olympics.
