TenantWise, Inc., was founded in 1999 by the principals of The Corsair Group, a real estate investment bank located in New York City. TenantWise became the first on-line commercial office space broker with the launch of the TenantWise.com web site on April 10, 2000.

Shortly after the 9/11 attacks, TenantWise was retained as an advisor to New York State, Governor Pataki's office and the Empire State Development Corporation to analyze the immediate needs of the Lower Manhattan business community after the extensive damage caused by the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
