Ten for Grandpa is a 2008 film by writer/director Doug Karr starring David Huband, Catherine Black, and narrated by David Alpay. Filmed in Toronto for the Bravo! network this film explores the coveluted past of Karr's own Grandfather. The film was a co-production between Chop Wood Carry Water and Torch-Head Productions

David Karr, husband, father, White House press reporter, film producer, powerful millionaire, defense contractor, Corporate CEO, renaissance businessman... Soviet agent? A fast paced, introspective look at the enigmatic life of a most influential ancestor. A clear-eyed, comedic take on the life of this complex character and the events surrounding his untimely demise, the film reaches to understand the forces that push an individual to immerse himself in a nefarious web of danger and infamy.
