[edit] MINOR former staffers

PLEASE do not try to put on minor TV journos on the list of "greats" who have worked at Ten News. Nice as they are, Kelly Nestor, Leigh Diffey, Ben Davis, Celina Edmonds, etc. do not cut it for such a list.

[edit] Presenters

The presenters section of The Early News, Morning and Late News and local editions have been changed, and more orginised.

[edit] The "southern" part of this article (ie. everything after "History") is so messy.

This article, after History, goes downhill, so to speak, in a big way. The bulletins layout is just messy as! Like, does the page ever end? Can someone please organise the presenters/sports readers/weather presenters and on and on in a much more compact, tight format!?

[edit] Article Images

What about Ten News Brisbane image?

[edit] Tracey Spicer

Should the article include the drama surrounding the sacking over email of Tracey Spicer because she was to old? I believe so but i think it was because she took maternity leave. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.219.20.97 (talk) 03:51, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Images

Why were the images removed? They were notable enough to warrent them being here.

warrant!

[edit] Tables/sections

It was agreed on the WIN Television talk page that these headings were unneccessary and ugly - I'd like to question why they're included here? They don't add to that article and they prevent the proper structure from appearing in the table of contents and they are inconsistent with almost any other article on Wikipedia. There's also a number of web accessibility issues that arise from using tables for layout. timgraham 03:37, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The desk update

Um, is this new desk stuff really important???:

'Ten News had a recent relaunch in 2005. The graphics were changed, and there were only some minor changes to the city studios. In Sydney, the round desk was replaced with a wood-and-glass desk, with the old blue Ten News circle removed. Also, there is now a "solo" desk used for the Early Bulletin, Morning Bulletin, Weekend Bulletin and Late Bulletin. This desk is shifted accordingly. <The writing isn't sensational, to say the least.

Nope, important it ain't. I say delete. timgraham 13:14, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Georgina Lewis

Georgina is now co-anchor of the Brisbane news, can we get a picture? —Preceding unsigned comment added by AusNews (talkcontribs) 10:05, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Ten91.JPG

Image:Ten91.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
