[edit] Ten-bell salute for Vince McMahon

I removed the reference to the "10-bell salute" for Vince McMahon, since the "limo explosion"/"Vince McMahon dies" is kayfabe (that is, a storyline). In other words — he's not dead! I think that all wrestlers listed in this article who have been honored with a 10-bell salute should be those who actually died, not a "whodunnit" storyline. That said, perhaps there is a way to put in the fictional "10 bells for Vince" that aired on WWE television programs in the days following the June 11 WWE Raw broadcast (along with any negative criticisms that, I'm sure, will appear in the mainstream press). In addition to my above remarks from several months ago, I seem to recall another kayfabe 10-bell salute for Harley Race, this one circa 1988 and part of a promo by Bobby Heenan regarding his frustration for being unable to cleanly defeat Hulk Hogan (and blaming what turned out to be legit injuries suffered by Race on Hogan). I think there's a way to put this in as well. [[Briguy52748 01:30, 9 October 2007 (UTC)]]

[edit] Ten-bell salute for Chris Benoit

Is anybody sure that a 10-bell salute was done for Chris Benoit — that is, can it be confirmed that such happened? The way I recall, the RAW show was cancelled just after Benoit's death was announced, and a few hours later, authorities were calling this a murder-suicide and the WWE was trying to disconnect itself from the "tribute" show aired for Benoit.
