The purpose is to show Tenta's establishment into the upper echelon of professional wrestlers by being selected as one of a handful to be represented in a video game. Although he appeared in several video games, this is the best example because, at the time, WWF Wrestlefest was only the second major arcade wrestling game featuring real wrestlers and Tenta's Earthquake was chosen as one of the characters --this was arguably the most popular wrestling video game of all time in terms of plays. |
