The result of the debate was redirect seems to be the logical choice WoohookittyWoohoo! 04:37, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
Unused, redundant to Template:OTRS-talk.. Kelly hi! 14:38, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
- Delete - Possibly via CSD T3, if not, it is still redundant and can be deleted through TfD. ><RichardΩ612 14:56, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
- Delete or redirect to another template (that is, keep it as a placeholder). It looks like this was meant to be used in article-space, but it's currently unused—not to say it hasn't been used in the past—but the talk page system appears to be more far popular for noting problems with articles and for editors to track/fix article-related OTRS requests. If redirected, this template could point to {{PermissionOTRS}} or {{OTRS-talk}}. GracenotesT § 17:36, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
- Similar to what Gracenotes said, we should probably revamp this so that it's more useful, redirect it to another OTRS template, or delete it. Will poke around and see if I can get a few system members to comment. – Luna Santin (talk) 00:50, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

- Hm, I was told by one person that the template is used, but somewhat rarely and usually quickly. They seemed to find it useful, something akin to a {{helpme}}, perhaps. I encouraged them to post here, but they haven't just yet. – Luna Santin (talk) 12:03, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Would prefer to have it redirect to {{PermissionOTRS}}. Nick (talk) 01:18, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Redirect to {{OTRS-talk}}. {{PermissionOTRS}} I believe is consistent across projects. howcheng {chat} 04:15, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Redirect seems unproblematic. Guy (Help!) 15:01, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- It's got the "best name" of the OTRS templates, so I think I'll suggest redirect to the {{PermissionOTRS}}. This way, people unfamiliar with the OTRS templates can still find this one on accident. ~Kylu (u|t) 17:05, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Actually, I'd request that it not redirect there...if people use it instead of {{PermissionOTRS}}, images won't transfer correctly to the Commons because only {{PermissionOTRS}} is recognized there. That's the main reason I've been trying to standardize the OTRS templates. If you redirect it, please redirect to {{OTRS-talk}}. Kelly hi! 22:30, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Keep Redirecting to permission OTRS does not make sense to me, as this is an article-space cleanup tag, not a talkspace permissions tag. The reason why, I believe, it is not used often is that we try to fix OTRS-based issues so quickly that we don't leave the improper information on the page long enough to require an article-space tag, unlike the talkspace tag which is an ex post facto explanation for article emendations. Therefore, even though this is rarely used, I would still counsel keep for the rare times that information needs to be acted upon via OTRS complaints, and the volunteer cannot complete the edits immediately. -- Avi (talk) 01:34, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
