From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Temple Square Hospitality is a subsidiary of Deseret Management Corporation which provides services such as dining and lodging services at the Lion House, Joseph Smith Memorial Building, all properties owned by Zions Securities Corporation near Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Temple Square Hospitality was incorporated in 1986, and until 2002 was called Hotel Temple Square Corp.[1]
In 2004, it had nearly 550 employees and managed four restaurants.[1] Temple Square Hospitality managed the Inn at Temple Square until 2006 when it was demolished as part of the City Creek Center plan.[2] It had refurbished the Inn in 1988 to turn the 1931 structure into a 90-room Victorian-style hotel.
