Does anyone have any idea why this album is called "Tempted and Tried"? The words do not occur anywhere on the songs on the album. However, there is a gospel song, sung by The Byrds on their album "Farther Along", called "Farther Along" which has the first line, "Temped and Tried":
The same song appeared as a bonus track on Steeleye's "Please to See the King" on the Castle re-issue of 2006. Is that the explanation?
