McFly

That is the site that I thought the content was taken from. I have no way of knowing who copied it from who. You can restore the content if you want, but I personally think it would be safer to write it from scratch. --lightdarkness (talk) 15:59, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

McFly

Answer to your question

For one, it only talks about the members of the band. Make a summary of the article: 1 paragraph about History section, 1 paragraph about the rest and voilĂ .

The band was started with Fletcher & Jones and through a competition, they recruted the other members. Their first pop single was, in April 2004 number one in UK. After almost a year, a second release was done with All About You/You've Got A Friend and etc. and etc. (you can do better than me I guess, you know the band really well). WikiProject Disambiguation Talk Request

This is a form message being sent to all WikiProject Disambiguation participants. I recently left a proposed banner idea on the WikiProject Disambiguation talk page and I would appreciate any input you could provide. Before it can be approved or denied, I would prefer a lot of feedback from multiple participants in the project. So if you have the time please join in the discussion to help improve the WikiProject. Keep up the good work in link repair and thanks for your time. Nehrams2020 22:15, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

McFly are not a Boyband

Boyband= Male vocal group: Boyz II Men, Backstreet Boys, Take That, NSYNC... Boyband can have a peyorative meaning, but they're really just groups don't play his own instruments in the line up, with all his rights (Dancing or not, it doesn't really matter. They could sing Acapella and ballads). They are influenced by Soul and R&B music, ACapellas. The Temptations are the first well known in this aspect.

Son Of Dork are neither a boyband. Marketing and fan phenomen in the Pop world are not equal than boyband

McFly are an instrumental-vocal group (there are 2 lead singers, there are backing vocals and harmonies), but they are guitars, bass and drums.

Re:Coloured signatures

(Replying to a WP:HD question) The problem with your signature is that cornflowerblue isn't in quotes. If you put it in a pair of double-quotes ("cornflowerblue") and turn on raw HTML it ought to work. Hope that helps. --ais523 08:40, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
