TELEMETRI A.S. or TELEMETRI SISTEMLERI SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. has been founded in 2001 at Istanbul by Telecomm Engineers Resat YUZBASIC and Esin INANLI YUZBASIC to provide particularly wireless solutions including remote meter reading (Auotomated Meter Reading), remote object tracking, wireless sensor networks, remote machine and robotics control, RF-ID activated systems and SCADA systems. Many projects implemented by Telemetri A.S. are supported by Turkish Governmental Institutions such as Tubitak-TEYDEB and KOSGEB. The last project in development phase is "wireless IO extender platform" includes wireless PLC functionality and programmable wireless sensor networks capability. Very complex industrial wireless systems are developed by Telemetri A.S.'s R&D team. Finally, the R&D team is studying to develop some new projects with academic team of Bosphorus University Computer Engineering.
