In J. R. R. Tolkien's universe of Middle-earth Telumehtar was the twenty-eighth King of Gondor.
He was born in T.A. 1632 and succeeded his father Tarondor in T.A. 1798.
His reign was largely uneventful except for the recapture by surprise of Umbar in T.A. 1810. After this event he took the title Umbardacil ("victor over Umbar").
He was succeeded by his son Narmacil II in T.A. 1850.
