Telmatobius arequipensis is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, intermittent rivers, swamps, and canals and ditches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
