Telegraph is the title of the debut album by actor, singer, and songwriter Drake Bell, who is best known at present time for his role as "Drake Parker" in the Nickelodeon television series Drake & Josh.
The album was released on September 27, 2005 and was issued by Nine Yards Records. Being an independently released production, it ran out of print, and was subsequently rereleased on August 7, 2007.

- Hollywood Girl was performed on TRL in the TV Movie Drake & Josh Go Hollywood.
- Part of Don't Preach is featured in the movie Drake & Josh Go Hollywood, in which Drake Bell stars. The clip shows him (as Drake Parker) performing the song at the B'nai Shalom Home for the Elderly with his band.
- "I Found a Way", "Down We Fall", and "Highway to Nowhere" are also on the Drake & Josh soundtrack, Drake & Josh: Songs from and inspired by the hit TV show. Drake also played "Highway to Nowhere" when he guest-starred on the Nickelodeon TV show Zoey 101. In the episode, the students of Pacific Coast Academy hire Drake to play at their school's Spring Fling.
- The beatboxing on the song "Circles" is done by Drake's co-star on Drake & Josh, Josh Peck.
- Found a Way is the theme song for Drake & Josh and is considered to be Bell's magnum opus.

- In Drake & Josh Go Hollywood when Drake (Drake Bell) plays at the elderly home, he says You say that I'm nothing and lousy instead of You say that I suck and I'm lousy."
- In the Drake and Josh episode Who's Got Game, when Drake and his girlfriend, Carly, are listening to a CD, you hear the beginning of Don't Preach but Drake and Carly say that it is the end of the song.
- In the Drake & Josh episode Vicious Tiberious when Walter is working out, he is listening/singing along to "Highway to Nowhere".
