Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), headquartered in Limerick, Pennsylvania, is an American manufacturing corporation. Teleflex has annual revenues of $2.5 billion, operations in 23 countries, and more than 23,000 employees.[1]
It was a party in the KSR v. Teleflex patent case decided by the Supreme Court of the United States concerning the issue of obviousness as applied to patent claims.
