Teledata Networks is a global provider of Access network solutions for Telecom Service Providers. The company creates solutions that enable service providers to migrate to Next Generation Networks (NGN), and also support a Triple Play service portfolio.
Teledata Networks was founded in 1981. It is a privately-owned company, in which the major shareholders are the Kardan group (Euronext: KARD), Elron Investments (NASDAQ: ELRN), Infinity Venture Capital Fund, and the company’s management and employees.

The company has an installed base of millions of lines in over 50 countries worldwide, including Germany (Deutsche Telekom), Turkey (Turk Telekom), Brazil (Brazil Telecom, Telefonica & GVT), Chile (Telefonica), Mexico (Telmex), Costa Rica (ICE), Israel (Bezeq), South Africa (Telkom), Australia (Telstra), Russia (Uralsviazinform & North West Telecom), Serbia (Telekom Srbija) and Kazakhstan (Kazakhtelecom).
