Telecommunications billing

Telecommunications billing is the process of adding together rated calls or services for a certain user or group of users, apply discounts and prepare the data for invoicing.
Billing is also the name for the entire process of creating an invoice which consist of several steps. Included in these steps are: using the service, mediating data, rating, billing and invoicing.
