Tel Aviv University Railway Station
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tel Aviv University Railway Station is a railway station in northern Tel Aviv, Israel. It is officially named Tel Aviv Universita – Merkaz HaYeridim in Hebrew (English: Tel Aviv University – Exhibition Center), because it is located next to Tel Aviv University and the Israel Trade Fairs & Convention Center.
The station has four platforms connected by pedestrian tunnels. It is the northern-most passenger rail station in Tel Aviv and the express, non-stop train from the station can reach Haifa's Hof HaCarmel Railway Station in less than 40 minutes. Outside the station, there is a bus terminal serving the areas adjacent to the university.
