Coordinates: Tekari is a city and a municipality in Gaya district in the Indian state of Bihar. Maharaja Gopalsaran was the king of this area in accient times.The fort is still there. It is a place of tourist's interest. Some famous schools and colleges are Tekari Raj Inter School,RDAV Public School,Satendra Narayan Sinha College,Lohia Nagar Mount Carmel High Schooletc. Some of the nearby villages are Jalalpur, Lodipur, Chiraali, Rewai Garh,Rakasiya ,SHEONAGAR,Paluhar etc.
