TEKMA

Taktikal Marin (Marine Tactical), or TEKMA, and secondary name called Combat Diving Unit (Malay:Unit Selam Tempur) is a nickname given to the newly anti-terror marine police special force unit formed within Royal Malaysian Police (RMP).

Established in March 2006, undercontrol for Marine Police, core personnel 30 members (probably with some VAT 69 Commandos seconded to the unit), will be enlarged to 100 members in the future, spread into 3 detachments, covering Straits of Malacca and Sulu Sea. This unit were trained by the VAT 69 and US Navy SEALs.
