Oisín O Coigligh - Taken via a Tektronix TDS 3032 Digital Oscilliscope. The detector was a 0.3m (cubed) cylinder of scintillator with a Photo Multiplier Tube. The first peak is the initial muon detection, and the second peak, 1.4 micro seconds later, is the muon decay. The average is 2.3 micro seconds.
