Tejeshwar Singh

Tejeshwar Singh (1945 – December 15, 2007) was an Indian publisher, journalist, newscaster and theater activist.
Singh was the son of Indian diplomat Gurbachan Singh, who served as an envoy to Switzerland, Bhutan and Pakistan.[1] He founded a publishing firm, Sage Publications, in 1981, which is now a prominent Indian publishing house[1] However, Singh was most well known to Indians as a famous newsreader on the nationwide television network, Doordarshan, during the 1980s and early 1990s.[1]
Tejeshwar Singh died of a sudden heart attack at his home in Mussoorie, India, on December 15, 2007.[1] He was in his early 60s when he died.[1]
