There already exists an article "Teichoscopy" with the same topic!

Oppose, on the whole I oppose the use of "teichoscopia" as I think teichoscopy is used more frequently in English essays as per Google and Yahoo. See just two examples cited in this article, but there are more. Dieter Simon (talk) 01:17, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
Although all compound words ending in -scopia derive from Greek often via Latin, in English they change into words ending in -scopy, such as the huge number of medical terms such as cranioscopy, gastroscopy, coloscopy, etc., as well as such terms as microscopy, telescopy, etc. Dieter Simon (talk) 22:46, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
