[edit] Notability

I believe the subject is noteworthy enough to keep the article. Tehnoton was a major electronics maker in Romania before 1990. I wasn't aware it still existed, and I don't know how major it is today. But at least for the historic part I think it deserves an article in Wikipedia. — AdiJapan  03:00, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

I second that opinion! --Vlad|-> 06:36, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
Well, I live in Iaşi and I can say that Tehnoton still is a major company. It is still recovering, but it started to produce high-quality electronics and not only. It now produces washing machines, TVs, stoves. It has received the ISO 9001 Certificate (which means the quality of the products is high).--KlaudiuMihăilă Message 17:59, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
