Kareem Jackson, better known by his stage name Tef Poe, is an American rapper from St. Louis, Missouri.

Tef Poe has garnered a reputation for being an elite battle rapper, as well as being able to pen creative songs. He has won numerous awards in St. Louis like the 2005 Riverfront Times Hip-Hop group of the year (Honors Englis), and the 2006 Evening Whirl Lyricist of the Year.^{[citation needed]} His most popular song to date is "Boogie Bang". Tef Poe is currently working on his debut album "Manifest Destiny" which is due some time in 2008.
