[edit] re:¿Cómo estás?

Estoy bien, gracias. No hablo español mucho.

I will go and sign us up for WP:ADOPT. :D Ed ¿Cómo estás? 23:14, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hi, again!

¡Hola! I noticed that you are highly interested in participating at the embassy for Wikipedia. I would like to point out to you that, in addition to here in the English Wikipedia, your contributions are highly welcome in the Spanish Wikipedia ([1]) and the Arabic Wikipedia ([2]).

Notice how I'm beginning to speak English to you? There are two reasons for this: I want you to get used to English beign spoken here at Wikipedia. There are many differences among British English and American English. Also, Wikipedians often use their own "lingo" as they communicate. The second reason for my English speaking is...I'm too lazy to use the translator.

I highly encourage you to start editing some articles. What do you like to do? Do you like diplomatic relations? If so, you can start off by editing articles such as diplomacy or International relations. Or perhaps you want to edit some articles about your work in the film industry! No matter what articles you are interested in, Wikipedia has a huge variety of topics that you can choose from!--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 00:25, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

¡Hola! Siento haber tardado tanto en responder, es que he tenido un montón de cosas que hacer esta semana y no tuve tiempo para conectarme al internet. xD But yes we can use English now on, no problem at all!
Well, I'm thinking right now about articles I'd like to contribute to and I have a few in mind. Once I've made some changes I'll let you know straight away which ones they are by linking you to them or something, or will you be able to see anyway? :)
Regarding Spanish Wikipedia ([3]) and Arabic Wikipedia ([4]), I would probably make some contributions there in time, but I really want to keep my English in constant use right now and have as much practice as I can before I begin university. I speak only Arabic and Spanish with my family (they don't know English), and I'm living with Italian flatmates right now and we speak Italian together, so my most opportunities to speak English are online even though I live in Britain! xD --TeDejoMadrid 15:32, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
¡Qué bueno! No te preocupes...pudemos esperar.
You Europeans are always so multilingual! The tipical American usually knows just how to speak English. You can probably find a bilingual if you're lucky. =(
Also, you don't have to wait for me to edit. Be bold in updating pages! And I'll be watching your contributions for a few weeks as well! I've been watching Special:Contributions/Tedejomadrid.--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 02:16, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User Spanish2

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on User Spanish2, by Loadmaster (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because User Spanish2 fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

Improper creation of user page User:Spanish2

[edit] Me voy

Que lastima, Tedejomadrid, pero adios. Me voy. No fui feliz con Wikipedia y tuve cáncer. Creo que vas a ser un buen editor. Buena suerte con tu vida.--Ed ¿Cómo estás? 17:15, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hello

I'm working on a page called Religious debates over the Harry Potter series, and I am currently expanding the Muslim section of the article. Unfortunately, only the "anti" news tends to make it into the English-speaking world, so I have very little information on whether any Islamic scholars have praised the books. I'm interested to know if there are any articles in Arabic that deal with the issue from a posititive perspective. Thanks. Serendipodous 07:06, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
