Lucas TdS is a cartoonist, trumpet player and high school teacher from Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (History Honours) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia. He has also studied political science, English, Portuguese and music.

His main interests are political science, history, music history, cartooning and jazz.

Lucas TdS has published a webcomic called 8 1/2 by Eleven since August 9, 2004. He also produces music under the name "tedzsee."

Lucas TdS is currently an administrator at Comixpedia, a webcomic wiki encyclopedia project.
