Ted Bertling was born in 1971 on December 29th.At birth, Ted's parents knew he was gifted and enrolled him into the shcool for thew gifted. As a child he was taken into the great world of the martial arts. Through his childhood and recieving a black belt he held an assistaint instrutors degree with his sensi, shehan Dan Levy. While in his teen age years Ted received many acclaimed awards for his writtings. When Ted turned 18, he had joined the Navy Seal team Aqua11. With his service to the United States of America, he has done many great things. After his term of 4years and 6months, Ted moved around the country helping other people. Ted would work vigorously and donate his time,money and hard work to under privleged people of all walks of life. In 1993 Ted did a daring resue, Ted put his life at risk and saved 2 young childern in a house fire. Ted never stayed to receive a hero's award. Ted felt it was his duty to help in this great time of need. During this time Ted had got into the all american art of tattooing. Ted has won many,many awards for his skill to the tattoo industry. Ted also is one of the top tattoo machine builders of the time. Through his personal life, and his bussiness life Ted has always held his prime sorce for his dedication to the martial arts and the disapline it has created for him to set his standards to. During the earlier part of 2000 Ted had a chance that one of his Tattoo clients had offered him a great sum of money, around 9 figures is what Ted had told me. Ted being a great man as he is turned it down, ripped up the cashier check and gave it back. Ted said, "if it was that easy to get money then everything would be easy". It is to bad that not everyone can be as great as this man. Ted bertling, is a hero and should be remembered as such. Ted spends his time enjoying life, enjoying his family, his wife, and his career in the tattoo feild, and his up and coming martial arts book. Ted sets an example of how people should live. Ted offten gives money to the homeless, blankets to the homeless on the streets, ect. Ted spends time helping those in need. Everyone can learn from Ted. There are many things that make Ted,Ted.
