Ted Frank became the first president of Axentis, a Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance software company, when it was spun off from Complient Corp., a provider of emergency response training and equipment. He was formerly president of the Axess software division of Complient.[1] Frank previously served as vice president of PlanSoft and KeyCorp.[2]
