[edit] Notability?
Most of the sources seem to be his blog. And why on earth does a wikipedia article have so much ink about his usenet postings. Do those count as an a "reliable source that is independent of the subject?"
- Lots of independent sources and a prolific writer and pundit, with an important position at a well-known think tank. The article survived a deletion nomination at the time of its creation so the question has been addressed before. As far as I know all the citations are reliable with respect to the propositions they stand for. His history as a famous Usenet persona is an aspect of his biography, not a source.
