[edit] Talk:The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Hey, thank you for your enthusiasm. So you know, however, talk pages on Wikipedia should be used for discussion about the articles they connect to, not for general discussion on the topic itself. Take a look at WP:TALK to learn more, and leave a message for me at User talk:David.atwell if you have any questions! =David(talk)(contribs) 18:55, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Userboxes

I'd suggest starting by looking at WP:UBX. Then just look at the source code for user pages whose layouts you like...ask questions, get opinions, and don't be afraid to make edits on your own page! I'm glad you feel like a true Wikipedia member - I look forward to working with you! =David(talk)(contribs) 19:51, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

Chances are, it's already made. Take a look at the lists on the bottom of User:UBX, and see if you can find the ones you want. =David(talk)(contribs) 17:09, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Zelda and Userboxes

I decided to continue this discussion on your userpage in case you forgot my username (Unknownlight) and couldn't find my talkpage. Anyway, first of all, thanks for reminding me about the Zelda pic. I completely forgot about it! I won't be able to upload it until Wednesday for various personal reasons though -the simplest reason to explain is that fact that until then I won't be in the same household as my Wii. About the userboxes, before I show you anything I would like to ask you if you made the userboxes on your userpage right now. Unknownlight 00:04, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

I can only make simple userboxes, i dont know how to put pics in the ubx though.... I made those userboxes yesterday (30/7/07). Techo 08:42, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

Actually, now that I think about it I think it would be better if you went to this talk page to get a better answer for your question by other users more experienced users than me. I don't think I would know how to teach you anyway, there's too many lines of text involved... Unknownlight 23:10, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

will do, thankz anyway. Techo 08:56, 1 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Hi!

Hi, im a noob and id like to ask(please put it on my user page) how can you do all those cool things with ur page like the banner, the little boxes etc.

I am replying on your talk page in case you forgot about the message you left me. Anyway, it is coded with the same code you use to make websites. If you know HTML, CSS, etc. then you're in luck! I, on the other hand, am not a programmer. I copied it from Thunderhead's old page and put a notice on my page thanking him for the code. WikiProject User Page Help has suggestions and helpers to help you. {{User FixMyPage}} is one of the services they offer. Put {{User FixMyPage}} on your page and someone will be by to check out your page and try and fix it. Of course, you could try and fix it up yourself with the ideas and content from the project. [edit] WikiProject Artemis Fowl

I saw that you showed interest in WikiProject Artemis Fowl when leaving a message on a member's talk page. Do you want to join? If so, simply add your name to the list of active users, leave a message under a new headline on the WikiProject's talk page, and start editing! If you have any more questions, ask them on the WikiProject's talk page or on my talk page. Happy editing! Laptopdude 16:28, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your interest in WikiProject:Artemis Fowl. The inactive list is only for users who have not edited within 1 month, telling us that they no longer wish to contribute to the WikiProject. Personally, I believe re-reading the books is an excellent contribution! And a quick tip: look over any articles that interest you, then use a post-it to mark relevant information in the Artemis Fowl books! Sorry, but I do not know any wikipedians personally, although here's an idea: go to [1], [2], and [3] to find users with WOW userboxes. Laptopdude 20:18, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
Also, you might want to post a message on the WOW Forums, asking for people who would like to contribute. Laptopdude 01:46, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

i clicked it and a error came up. Techo 08:21, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

Hmmmm.....same for me. Try this one. [4]. Laptopdude 21:08, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Color scheme in a signature

I was looking over my talk page and totally missed the comment you put on my talk back back in August. I apologize for missing it. To answer your question, if you click "edit" for this topic to add a comment, simply look at the code surrounding my signature and you can see how it is coded. As for the code for the color, you can google search what the HTML code is for color and you'll be able to make any color combination you want. Cheers. --sumnjim talk with me·changes 21:11, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Roll Call for WikiProject Artemis Fowl

The new logo! Greetings from the Artemis Fowl Project. Your name is listed on our participants page, but we are unsure of how many of the people listed there are still active contributors to the Project's activities. If you are still interested in participating in the work of the Project, please add your name to the active list. Once you have done that, you might want to familiarise yourself with the current work. On behalf of the Project, if you do consider yourself to have left, I hope you will consider rejoining; if you consider yourself inactive, I hope you will consider returning to respond to just one request per week, or as many as you can manage. Happy editing, The Artemis Fowl Project Coordinators'.

[edit] Roll Call for WikiProject Artemis Fowl

The new logo! Greetings from the Artemis Fowl Project. Your name is listed on our participants page, but we continue to be unsure of how many of the people listed there are still active contributors to the Project's activities. If you are still interested in participating in the work of the Project, please add your name to the active list. Once you have done that, you might want to familiarize yourself with the current work. On behalf of the Project, if you do consider yourself to have left, I hope you will consider rejoining; if you have left, then you will have been gone for at least two months, so your name will be removed from the list, and the list will become a single list of only active editors. If you decide to return, please comment on the talk page. Happy editing, The Artemis Fowl Project Coordinators'.
