[edit] History
Although Chuck and Kreg both had been following Podcasting since it's early start in late 2004, Technorama didn't start until early 2005.
Both had been contributors to the In the Trenches podcast, a podcast about and for System Administrators. They had met during some Saturday tech chats that Kevin Devin had conducted for In The Trenches that they had both participated in. While in December of 2004 Chuck had started a family oriented podcast, Freestyle, he decided that he wanted to split up into a family podcast and a more tech oriented podcast. While recording his show, originally titled Chuck Chat, Chuck asked for suggestions for names to re-title each new show.
Kreg was the only one to respond with Freestyle for the family show, and Technorama for the tech show.
After a few Technorama shows had been produced Chuck thought that it would be interesting to have a co-host and create a "Morning Show" for geeks. That is when he asked Kreg to join the show.
Since then both have collaborated and produced podcasts together since 2005.
