Technopolis is a comic book that was created and illustrated by Adrien Van Viersen and written by Peter Taylor and Patrick Sauriol. It was published in 1997 by Caliber Comics and ran for four issues. The book garnered van Viersen with a nomination for a Russ Manning Award.

Aliens crash-land their ship in 1932, build a city out of the wreckage, called Technopolis, lobby for autonomy, and begin trading technology for the right to stay. Flash-forward to 1949, at the bitter end of a much longer WW2: Amidst flying Buicks and teleporters, cynical reporter Madison James and Ambassador Vienna Darlington find themselves embroiled in a plot by alien insurgents to fly a stolen B-17 bomber into the Technopolis governing council building in an effort to fell the theocratic dictatorship.
