Talk:Techniques for creating a User Centered Design
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is an interesting starting article, but its heavy focus on Web Design makes it a bit one dimensional. User Centred Design Techniques are much more in-depth than just following some basic heuristics. Bahab 01:58, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Agreed, this should not be web-specific; that is just one type of system to which UCD methods apply. Also this page looks like a huge ad for books by 3 authors. The so-called "techniques" are not UCD techniques, but a smattering UI design principles. Rather, UCD techniques are practices like studying users needs and verifying that proposed design solutions meet them. 71.141.134.11 08:25, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
