[edit] Secondary Sources

I'm not affiliated with TechShop in any way, other than as a satisfied customer. (I pay them money, but I don't presume to speak for them.) I can attest that all of the information in the article appears to be accurate. What kind of secondary sources are needed? Is there really some controversy over any claim made in the article? It seems fairly factual to me. Anyone in the area can drop by TechShop during their normal hours of operation and see all the equipment for themselves. --Brouhaha 02:27, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

See WP:V and WP:REF. A newspaper article mentioning the organization is a very good secondary source; a posting on someone's weblog is not. The question is establishing whether this is notable enough to belong in Wikipedia or not; a secondary source shows that "someone else cares enough to publish on it". --Alvestrand 06:02, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

I'd check Make Magazine, or just ask the principles what kind of press they've gotten. I'm going down there tonight to get certified on the laster cutter; I'll ask. Breakpoint 01:57, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
