None, since Motolov was a sock puppeteer. I'm very angry at you, Motolov. You really let me down.

Is it alright to delete stuff off of your talk page as long as it isn't block requests or angry messages or something like that? Adam 16:20, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 15:58, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] League of Copyeditors participation drive!
Dear League member,
We've started a participation drive for the remainder of February. If you can, please help clear the backlog by adopting the following goals each week:
- Select an article to copy-edit from the backlog. After your copy-edit, list the article in the articles ready for final proofread section.
- Select a different article to proofread from the articles ready for final proofread section.
Thanks for your help! Rintrah 16:03, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
Notability of Jonathan vogels
A tag has been placed on Jonathan vogels, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Kai A. Simon 20:50, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Grammar Question
Hi, I noticed that you are a member of the League of Copyeditors. I was wondering if you could advise me on the grammar of this sentence at the George Szell article. I'd like some advice before reverting the edit. Thanks HornandsoccerTalk 20:36, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
- Never mind, I solved the issue, thanks anyway HornandsoccerTalk 21:01, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sheerness FAC
Hi. I'm sorry to bother you, but as a LoCE member, I just wondered if you would be willing to have a look through the Sheerness article. It is currently a Featured Article Candidate and needs a copy-edit for grammar by someone who hasn't yet seen it. Any other ways to improve the article would also be welcome. Thank you very much, if you can. Epbr123 17:46, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Copyedit request
Hi, I was wondering whether you could copyedit the article Holden, which is currently a featured article candidate. The remaining concerns are to do with the prose, and If you could take a look, it would be greatly appreciated. OSX (talk • contributions) 09:28, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] League of Copyeditors roll call
Greetings from the League of Copyeditors. Your name is listed on our members page, but we are unsure how many of the people listed there are still active contributors to the League's activities. If you are still interested in participating in the work of the League, please follow the instructions at the members page to add your name to the active members list. Once you have done that, you might want to familiarise yourself with the new requests system, which has replaced the old /proofreading subpage. As the old system is now deprecated, the main efforts of the League should be to clear the substantial backlog which still exists there. The League's services are in as high demand as ever, as evinced by the increasing backlog on our requests pages, both old and new. While FA and GA reviewers regularly praise the League's contributions to reviewed articles, we remain perennially understaffed. Fulfilling requests to polish the prose of Wikipedia's highest-profile articles is a way that editors can make a very noticeable difference to the appearance of the encyclopedia. On behalf of the League, if you do consider yourself to have left, I hope you will consider rejoining; if you consider yourself inactive, I hope you will consider returning to respond to just one request per week, or as many as you can manage. Merry Christmas and happy editing, The League of Copyeditors. |
