Teatre Nacional de Catalunya

Teatre Nacional de Catalunya (TNC) is a public theatre in Barcelona, Catalonia, created by the Culture Department of the Catalan Government.
It was built from 1991 to 1996 by the Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill. On November 12, 1996 it was opened with Àngels a Amèrica (Angels in America) by Tony Kushner, and directed by Josep Maria Flotats. There are 3 stages: Sala Gran, Sala Petita and Sala Tallers, with all kind of spectacles, mainly in catalan language.
